Nancy Adams

Nancy Adams joined the Elements of Motion team in early 2014, following over 600 hours of extensive personal training and nutrition education, training as a Resistance Training Specialist and ongoing training in Muscle Activation Techniques (MAT). Nancy has lived the life many of you are experiencing: over 30 years as a busy executive filled with extensive international travel and jet lag, intense stress and 24/7 deadlines.  Nancy has a passion for helping clients keep motivated to take the right steps to improve health - to keep moving, to build strength through sound, safe exercising and to be better informed and more mindful about healthy diet and nutrition choices.  Whether your goal is to rebuild or improve your strength and fitness, achieve a specific milestone, better manage your weight or nutrition, or simply stay fit enough to ensure a more active, vibrant life, Nancy and the Elements of Motion team are committed to helping you achieve your goals.
