Jen Taylor

Jennifer joined Elements of Motion in early 2010.  She specializes in training older adults new to exercise or wanting to get back to exercising, whether as part of a weight loss plan or the achievement of fitness goals.  She has a black belt in Tae Kwon Do and regularly plays tennis and golf.  She recognizes that exercise, while necessary, is stressful on the body and is skilled at finding the right strategy to achieve great fitness improvements while staying injury-free.  She has a BA from Bates College, is ACE certified (2009), and has completed both the MAT Jumpstart (2009) and RTS123 (2010) courses.
