Alex Rosenzweig

After spending 5 years working as a personal trainer in a physical therapy clinic, Alex Rosenzweig completed his M.S. in Exercise Science at Springfield College in 2013 specializing in nutrition and it's effects on fatigue and recovery from exercise.  While at Springfield College, he interned with the Chicago Bears and Houston Astros professional sports teams, worked as a strength & conditioning coach in the athletes’ weight room at Springfield College and then in 2008 became a Muscle Activation Techniques Certified Specialist.  In addition to being a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist with the NSCA, he is also a Level 1 Coach with USA Track & Field.  Alex ran track in college, a 6 time all-conference sprinter and holds 3 school track records.  He was also a high school track coach for 2 years.  In graduate school he was a member of the power lifting team for 2 years.  He is a certified rescue scuba diver and played hockey for 15 years and rugby for 6 years.  Alex enjoys working with people to improve their lives, whether through decreasing pain, enhancing performance or making overall health changes.  His passion for science and research drives him to stay current on the evolving world of exercise science and nutrition.
